Therapy should be a sacred space in which you feel seen and supported. Through empathic listening and collaboration, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment in order to meet you where you are.
My approach is significantly informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment science. I believe that you are the expert on your story and that building trust in the therapeutic relationship is paramount.
