Sometimes, when facing life’s challenges, we need a little extra support to get unstuck. Counseling provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to pause, become curious, and explore your world. Together we will work towards better health and change.
I work with children (10+), teens, and adults. With children, I offer therapeutic play as well as parent coaching for their caregivers.
I currently offer 45-50 minute sessions in person and online for $150.

As with individuals, I work from an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) perspective. I have also completed Level One Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
My current rate is $150 for a 45-50 minute session and $225 for a 75 minute session.

When working with families, I utilize Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) to navigate the complexities of family life. With the entire family system in mind, I work with you to bring about deeper connection, increased communication and understanding, and healthy change.
A typical family session lasts 45-50 minutes and costs $150.
Finding a therapist can be tough. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation as a way to get to know me a bit better.
Payment & Insurance
Currently I do not participate in any insurance plans. However, I do recommend asking your insurance company about out-of-network benefits and inquire about reimbursing you for any portion of out-of-pocket costs. You may also be able to reimburse therapy through your Health Savings Account (HSA). If requested and if applicable, I can provide you with a receipt, or superbill, to send to your insurance company.
Payment is due at the time of service and is billed electronically via credit card. I will also accept payment in the form of cash or check. However, regardless of the payment method, I require a valid credit card to be on file at all times.
Cancellations
I require 24-hour notice for all cancellations. If you are not present for your scheduled session and have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you are required to pay a late cancellation/no-show fee equal to the full amount of the session rate reserved for you.
In-Person & Telehealth Therapy
I am pleased to offer in-person counseling services in Bellevue, WA. My office is conveniently located near I-405 between 520 and I-90.
I also offer virtual therapy to clients located in Washington state.
